We understand you might need a little time to see if your new jewelry is perfect for you. If it isn’t quite right you can send it back to us and here’s how….

HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY: Items purchased between 11/1/23 and 12/26/23 may be returned or exchanged by 1/8/2024.

Standard Return Policy: If you’re looking to return your item, we’re happy to either exchange or refund your order if returned within 14 days of receiving your product.  Please note this excludes earrings (we cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons).

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.
