I bought my girlfriend a beautiful pendant for Valentine’s Day this year, unfortunately the chain that came with it got tangled, then it broke and so I ordered this one as a replacement. Initially a 16” chain was sent when I ordered an 18” one. Customer service was amazing, they had the correct chain sent out the next day, along with a return shipping label for the one sent by mistake. I emaiked them July 2nd, they responded on the 3rd, had it shipped out that day and it showed up today on the 7th. They even wrote a sweet apology note on a heart shaped sticky note. Great company, great customer service, fast shipping and the chain is beautiful!
This pair of earrings are a great addition to my collection of Gaillard jewelry
This chain is just the right color, just the right length, and has an extra bit of sparkle -- which I love.
Have received quite a few compliments on my Pauline ring. I love it! Not only is it beautiful, Gaillard customer service is unmatched. I ordered my ring in the wrong size and it was promptly re-sized for a perfect fit.
I love my Madelyn Flower earring charms on the charm hoops! The charm design is very unique and elegant and it is apparent that high quality materials are used to create these pieces. I have also received multiple compliments about these earrings, despite only having them for a couple weeks. I will definitely be getting more charms to switch out on the hoops!
