I bought my girlfriend a beautiful pendant for Valentine’s Day this year, unfortunately the chain that came with it got tangled, then it broke and so I ordered this one as a replacement. Initially a 16” chain was sent when I ordered an 18” one. Customer service was amazing, they had the correct chain sent out the next day, along with a return shipping label for the one sent by mistake. I emaiked them July 2nd, they responded on the 3rd, had it shipped out that day and it showed up today on the 7th. They even wrote a sweet apology note on a heart shaped sticky note. Great company, great customer service, fast shipping and the chain is beautiful!
